It saves the client time and fees. To have the designer and contractor under 'one roof' with the same team handing the planning issues, with effective project management makes sense. We think it makes a simpler communication route to have one port of call for whole project.

BUILDING REGULATIONS APPLICATIONS - Experience and expertise in a vast range of domestic and commercial building and refurbishment projects. We will work with the end client/occupier, developer, architect or the building contractor to ensure all relevant regulations are adhered too.

The ultimate aim of Building Regulations is to make sure that any and every building is safe and fit for purpose. We have strong links with local councils and we are familiar with all the most recent laws and due processes. Our aim is to incorporate all relevant regulations from the start of the project so there are no surprises along the way. We use AutoCad to prepare drawings and make user friendly copies for the client in pdf format.
